Centurion Palace är ett 5-stjärnigt lyxhotell bredvid Basilica Chiesa Santa Maria della Salute i Venedig med utsikt över Canal Grande. Drycker serveras i hotellets privata innergård.

Byggnaden har anor från 1892 och kombinerar moderna interiörer och originalinredningen. Hotellet har ett modernt gym och en privat brygga för båttaxi. Hållplatsen Salute Vaporetto (vattenbuss) ligger precis utanför.

Rummen är elegant inredda i neutrala färger och synliga takbjälkar och trägolv. Alla rum är luftkonditionerade och erbjuder minibar, platt-TV och modernt badrum med morgonrock och tofflor.

Centurion Palace serverar en stor frukostbuffé med både söta och salta inslag. Det finns bland annat ägg, rökt lax, ostar och ett urval av färska frukter. Restaurang Antinoo erbjuder gourmetmat och storslagen utsikt över Canal Grande.
